Matthias is a Managing Director with global growth equity investor Summit Partners. He focuses primarily on the technology sector in Europe and currently serves on the board of Summit portfolio companies Signavio, Market Logic Software AG and Aquilam GmbH. Prior to joining Summit, Matthias was a Managing Director with H.I.G. Capital Europe, where he focused on investments in the technology and business services sectors. While at H.I.G., his directorships included: FNZ Ltd, Duales System Deutschland, Fibercore Ltd, AR Metalizing, International Schools of Europe, The Engine Group and VNU Media.

Matthias holds a D.B.A from Karl Franzens University and an M.B.A. from Mannheim University.
