My passion is digital change, corporate strategy, leadership and organizational renewal with 20 years of experience. I held various international management positions in the Deutsche Telekom Group, incl. Vice President Group Strategy. Currently, I work in the Silicon Valley as CEO of Detecon Inc. in San Francisco. Innovation is my business - realizing new business ideas, performance improvement and securing competitive advantage for our clients. My mission is to bridge the corporate and startup world based on my extensive experience in both fields. I was responsible for group-wide transformation programs for Dax30 companies, led M&A activities in Asia, headed business development departments and served as a corporate VP at Europe’s largest telco company. I hold a master’s degree from RWTH Aachen (with honors) and successfully completed executive education programs at Stanford Business School, the Chicago Business School, and IE Business School in Madrid.
