Here to help: 8th Startupnight will take place on Nov. 24, 2020
● Practical information and networking for founders in Corona times.
● Stage programs, workshops and pitch opportunities.
On Tuesday, November 24, 2020, the 8th Startupnight will take place in Berlin. Experts from VCs, companies and funding institutions will provide help to founders in the current pandemic with stage programs, workshop sessions, and pitch opportunities. This year, Startupnight 2020 will not take place at night, but during the day from 11:00 to 14:00.
Numerous startup events have already been cancelled this year. Nevertheless, Startupnight 2020 wants to make a contribution to help the startup ecosystem with access to VCs and companies, practical advice and networking opportunities during this time as well. For example, Investitionsbank Berlin will explain how to access public funding programs and the various Corona grants, Berlin Partner will offer a session on HR topics, among other things, and several venture capital providers will be available to selected startups for short pitches. Direct communication between experts and participants will be possible for all program items.
"At the heart of our vision for Startupnight has always been that we want to offer founders everything they need for a successful business in one night. This centrally includes networking, both with potential investors, possible cooperation partners and with interested visitors. For the known reasons, this is unfortunately not possible this year in the proven form. Therefore, we have decided to this event format to help even under the currently very difficult conditions," explains Cem Ergün-Müller, founder of Startupnight.
The stage program of Startupnight 2020 will be streamed from the Goerzwerk in Berlin-Lichterfelde. With its historic lofts, this is a place of modern working worlds in southwest Berlin that unites a vibrant community of classic craft businesses, technological startups and creative manufacturing.
