Carolina is Program Manager at the BMW Startup Garage, the Venture Client unit of BMW. As a Venture Client, the BMW Group becomes a client of a startup, at an early stage when its product, service or technology is not yet mature. Prior to the Garage, Carolina studied Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship at Technical University Berlin. During that time she also was head of the Entrepreneurial student initiative START Berlin and supported, as CMO, the foundation of the Energy startup MOWEA.
