Alexander Artopé is co-founder and CEO of smava, the leading platform specialised in consumer loans in Germany. Alexander has been an Internet entrepreneur for over 20 years. Prior to founding smava, he was co-founder and CEO of the enterprise software company datango, which was sold to SAP. Alexander holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree (MBA equivalent), specializing in marketing and finance, and a M.A. degree in mass communication from the Freie Universität Berlin.
