Oliver Merlin started his career at Accenture as a Management Consultant back in 1995. Since then, he has taken on strategic roles primarily involved with change management, to commercially improve the operations and success of numerous large organisations including Linklaters, EMI Music, Financial Conduct Authority, British American Tobacco, EMAP, Hyve Group and GlobalData plc. Since November 2022, Oliver has been the Managing Director of IFA Management, a new company managing the 99-year legacy of IFA, to drive this unique exhibition forward to new heights. This year will embrace the latest international technology to create an incredible showcase of the best the industry has to offer now and in years to come.
