We are BlitzMinds and we create the first user-centric knowledge management tool. Most databases suffer from a lack of user acceptance. We designed and tested our features focusing on the users needs. We combine this user-centric approach with a state of the art graph database, a technology enabling us to give intelligent recommendations and achieving perfect traceability of knowledge that evolves over time. We are the SAP for knowledge below pure process related numerical data. Our tool achieves highest rates of user acceptance. It is already in use at Bosch, Siemens and Wacker Chemicals.
