Workforce planning is painful. Organizations in the U.S. alone loose more than $800 billion each year due to inefficient planning, lost productivity, internal isolation, demotivation, employee churn, inefficiency and idle time. iCombine solves these challenges. Our cloud software structures and centralizes relevant data to allow transparent and collaborative planning decisions for organizations of any size.

Our software enables those four steps:

  1. Experts, employees and freelancers create highly structured and comparable profiles, using a unified skill language. HR Managers maintain and update the “skill catalog”, allowing them to add new technologies and attributes over time. 
  2. Expert seekers define skill demands and get in touch with competent, available and interested individuals.
  3. Project managers set up qualified and interdisciplinary project teams using role searches and recommendations. Program managers create or rearrange existing Teams based on skill demand and supply.
  4. With ease HR Managers identify skill gaps to provide individualized development and training, thereby increasing employee retention.

iCombine has been founded by two friends who bootstrapped the startup so far. The team combines entrepreneurial experience, full-stack development expertise and HR experience. We converted the first pilot clients to paying customers and now look for a seed investment. We have been supported by the accelerator program of Deutsche Bahn and are currently one of 100 participants of the innovation program of Deutscher Stifterbund.
