Housy is the real estate marketplace that puts a stop to the endless apartment hunt. That's because on this marketplace the tenant isn't searching for the right apartment but the landlord search for the right tenant. Housy turns the current search process for apartments on its head.

The tenants just has to sign up, create his personal profile and receives tailored apartments based on his search criteria, and these exposes not from a broker but rather form the landlord himself. After the match, the tenant can contact the landlord directly and apply with just one click on the desired object without a broker. Housy is completely free for tenants.

Housy was founded by Sebastian Melchert and Raymond Naseem in 2017.
