3Dimensioni sustainably manufactures 3D printed design furniture out of recycled plastic and metal components, minimizing impact and enabling local circular economies. Products’ components will be reusable and recyclable as input materials for new production. Production facilities will use local resources and serve local markets, in order to minimize impact and enable local circular economies. 3Dimensioni furniture is designed to have an extended life-cycle, leveraging on 3D-print technology capabilities. The first product is a modular shelving system. While modules can be configured and provide different functionalities, the whole system is reconfigurable, in order to adapt to customers’ changing needs in term of space and use. Spares printing will ensure repairability. 3Dimensioni offers and incentivizes the customers to participate in an innovative and more sustainable way to consume furniture products.
