Pulses are an essential part of a healthy and sustainable diet. In the western diet, however, they are only included in a few savoury dishes, which makes daily consumption difficult. That's what we want to change: We develop healthy, sweet products made from pulses to create completely new and delicious ways to integrate them into our diet.
