Nils is serial entrepreneur and Co-Founder of the Social Business Hilfswerft that creates programs to activate for Social Impact. Since 2021 Nils leads the project “Inklupreneur” - a Berlin-based and Senate sponsored initiative to promote disability inclusion within the Berlin Start-up scene: Inclusion + Entrepreneurship = Inklupreneur The aim is to get more than 100 people with disabilities into a job within three years. In order to achieve this, Inklupreneur supports local Start-ups and Grown-ups who take on social responsibility and want to become more comprehensive workforce welcoming disability at workplace.
