Even if they are equally or even better qualified, people with disabilities have a much harder time finding a job that matches their skills. And although 70% of all startups see diversity as an important value, only 1/3 also employ people with disabilities. Why? In the workshop we will give a field report from the project Inklupreneur, which actively promotes inclusion in the startup scene. You will learn from the perspective of our project mentors with disabilities, what false beliefs prevent inclusion from being implemented in startups and how to change that.
